Steve and Don are terrific. My parents had to relocate into an assisted living facility quickly, leaving their home and all of their belongings behind. This included all of their furnishings and a very large quantity of antiques and collectibles. I live out-of-state and my sister and I were completely overwhelmed as to how to even begin the liquidation process. We talked to Steve and Don and they took charge immediately. They put in a huge amount of time and effort to sell the majority of these items in a 4 day estate sale. They also also helped us sell and dispose of the items that were left. My sister and I are extremely appreciative for everything Steve and Don did. I would highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation.

Steve, Don and their team are beyond exceptional! From the first time I met Don, I trusted him without any reservations. Mom kept everything-60 years worth of “treasures”, and I’d been dragging my feet regarding an estate sale for four years, partly because there was so much “stuff”; and partly because it was such an emotional process. Enter Steve, Don and team, and the transformation was magical. They are so professional, organized, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and wonderful communicators. They kept me informed every step of the way, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They are truly a joy to work with.

The kind and extremely hard-working people at Lott’s Treasures were Heaven-sent! They are outstanding communicators so I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. I was especially touched by their kindness and consideration. It was obvious they understood the conflicting feelings that come with having an estate sale. I walked away from this huge task very much at peace and still in possession of a few treasures of my own that might have missed if the sale had been handled by less caring folks. These guys were absolutely great. They were clear and concise from the get go and communication was outstanding. They were able to get a close family member far above anything we could’ve imagined. I would recommend Steve, Don, and the crew to anyone!
