That first weekend, we found Lott’s Treasure online and spoke with Steven. He was so reassuring! We were in Virginia and he was able to handle everything remotely. He went above and beyond taking care of items that weren’t even in his scope, from checking on the HVAC system, letting real estate agents in and keeping an eye on the house. The estate sale went well and we were very pleased with the result. We would definitely recommend Steven Lott and his team. They did a great job!

As a realtor, It is important to have a relationship with a TCB Estate company. Lotts Treasures will professionally handle the estate sale and the remaining items in the home. They price accurately, so the sale is successful and profits maximized. With remaining items, they offer a service where they then bring in a charity and you get the tax right off for donations. Lastly, they can get a dumpster(s) and have their people empty the home. They work sooo hard while making it look easy. I am so thankful to have found such a professional company to service my homeowners that need to liquidate an estate and get a home ready for market! These guys are the best!
