From start to finish they were amazing. When our dear family friend left us her house and everything in it we were honestly overwhelmed. There was stuff everywhere. The basement was packed from top to bottom. We had no idea what to do. Luckily we found Lott’s treasures online. We reached out to them and they responded immediately and came to look at what we were dealing with. As he went through the house Steven was finding things that people would want to buy that we would have thought were worthless. And he told us that “when the sale is over, the house will be empty.” Just that sentence alone took so much stress off of us. After we discussed what we wanted to sell and what we wanted to keep, they made a very reasonable offer to do the job, and then they just took over. Over the course of a few weeks, they took a house had been neglected and turned it into what we would call a pop-up boutique store. They are knowledgeable about the things they are selling and know how to price it. They cleaned things and arranged them for display in an attractive way. The Kitchen stuff is over here. The jewelry is over there. My words do not do it justice. An unbelievable amount of work done to perfection. Things that wouldn’t sell to general public type buyers they had other places to move that product, including things that didn’t move during the estate sale. And all this was done safely during the pandemic. Masks were worn. Social distancing was used during the sale. But they were all about safety from the first meeting. The streets by the house are narrow. Where will parking work? Do we need to hire some security to help enforce parking and watch over some of the more valuable items (yes we did and they hired the necessary people). All of these possible problems we would never have thought about they were considering from our very first meeting. And true to their word, when the sale was over, they emptied the house, filling multiple dumpsters with leftovers and trash. Anything they could get money for they did, then they sent what was left over to charity, and they got rid of everything else. It was amazing to walk into the empty house when they were done (and get a check from them!!). If you are looking for good people to do great work on an estate sale, Lott’s Treasure’s are the people you are looking for.

Everything went as planned, and especially great care was used to manage viewings overall and removals of large heaven items with no damage to the house which already had a contract closing the day after the final sale day.
