These gentlemen took on a job cleaning out my aunts house after we moved her out of state into assisted living. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. Steven and Don, and everyone at Lott’s Treasures were truly a dream to work with. The entire process couldn’t have been more seamless. During a very sad time due to a death in the family, they made us feel cared for and had great respect of the property and belongings. They did a terrific job with everything from the setup and advertising to the sale and cleanup (with excellent communication throughout). Our first meeting was in person, and even though we’re located out of state and wouldn’t be around after that first meeting – we knew we were in very trustworthy hands. Steven truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful. We highly recommend them without a shadow of a doubt, you won’t be disappointed.

Steve and Don were a perfect fit for liquidating Mom’s belongings and I’m so thankful their great Google reviews led me to them. They were honest in their initial assessment, understanding with adjustments to the inventory and contract, kept to the agreed-upon timeline for the sale, and were respectful and professional of Mom’s home and belongings. They researched the items we were selling and I cannot brag enough on the stellar staging job done by the crew. Other than a hiccup with parking the first day, everything went off without a hitch. After the sale, they were meticulous in explaining receipts and Mother’s proceeds. Trust me, contracting with Lott’s Treasures will be the best decision you make!
