The folks at Lotts Treasures helped tremendously at a time the family was overwhelmed with getting the home place ready to sell. They were courteous and knowledgable in this kind of work; was glad to have their help. I highly recommend them.

Steve, Don and his team professionally evaluated the downsize and facilitated selling, donating and removing what was not being moved to their home. When my aunt passed away suddenly, we were all overwhelmed. She had lived in her house for more than 30 years and had many keepsakes and items from her hobbies. That first weekend, we found Lott’s Treasure online and spoke with Steven. He was so reassuring! We were in Virginia and he was able to handle everything remotely. He went above and beyond taking care of items that weren’t even in his scope, from checking on the HVAC system, letting real estate agents in and keeping an eye on the house. The estate sale went well and we were very pleased with the result. We would definitely recommend Steven Lott and his team. They did a great job!
