As a realtor, It is important to have a relationship with a TCB Estate company. Lotts Treasures will professionally handle the estate sale and the remaining items in the home. They price accurately, so the sale is successful and profits maximized. With remaining items, they offer a service where they then bring in a charity and you get the tax right off for donations. Lastly, they can get a dumpster(s) and have their people empty the home. They work sooo hard while making it look easy. I am so thankful to have found such a professional company to service my homeowners that need to liquidate an estate and get a home ready for market! These guys are the best! I can't say enough good things...
I can’t say enough good things about Steve (and Don behind the scenes). While they could not help me with my sale at the time, Steve (and Don) continued to work to try and find a solution. Steve did all this without and direct reward for him as he knew I was in a time crunch. Thanks Steve for everything! Would highly recommend these guys for an estate sale based on how they treated me.
