Don, Steve, and their team of Rocky and Leah treated us and our home of 18 years with care and professionalism. As a soon to be empty nester who is downsizing, I needed to sell 95% of my furniture and wanted to sell the majority of our house decor. That feat felt overwhelming until I met with Steve and Don. Both of these experts followed through with their promises to treat my home with meticulous care, to price belongings fairly, to communicate clearly and to finish the job to completion. At my two day sale, hundreds of strangers milled through my house, but Don and his team ensured that all I needed safe guarded was protected and that the integrity of my home (carpets, floors, walls, etc) was preserved. Moving is one of those life events that can feel incredibly stressful and daunting, but Don has a calming demeanor. His presence felt reassuring. I knew as long as he was the manager of my sale, all would be okay and … it absolutely was! Thanks to Don, Steve and their team my house is cleared and ready for the new family moving in and my family feels lighter and ready to launch our next chapter!

I cannot say enough good things about Don and Steve, they are kind, understanding, professional, and amazing at what they do! Having an estate sale of your loved ones things is not easy, but they somehow made it easy and pain free. They took time in ensuring personal items such as photos and important documents were saved for me to look through. They found pictures I never knew existed. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much money we were able to make with the estate sale. I feel like their rates are very fair and they were able to donate any items we could not sell. They advertised the sale on several websites and also took many pictures to showcase the sale online! The staging of the sale was beautiful and very well organized. Don and team went above and beyond and took care of everything and more!

From beginning to end, I give Lotts a five out of five excellent rating! I interviewed four highly-recommended estate sale companies and chose Lotts because of their professionalism, knowledge and organization. It was easy and fun to work with them throughout. All commitments were delivered. While Don and Steve were hesitant to commit to a certain monetary outcome, they exceeded all the estimates given by all of the other companies. Within reason, they were flexible with changing family requests. We could not be happier with the process or the outcome!

Don was absolutely amazing to work with. Even though he was not able to personally assist me due to challenging circumstances (of my own – a quick move out of the country plus tricky living situations), he was able to still give me references and contacts to other people to help me out. They staged the house and organized all the items. Then had a line waiting out the door hours before the sale was even open! Communication with me was top notch, after the sale the diligently got the rest of the personal items out as quickly as they could so that I could get the home listed and sold. I will recommend them to future clients who need estate sales done!! Very well orchestrated!
