Steve and Don were wonderful! Even in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic they continued to find a way to help me get my mother’s estate settled. They kept in touch continuously, very professional and transparent. I so appreciate their honesty and really cared their work. So very thankful for them and I highly recommend them!!!

After the loss of my mother, we were left with an estate full of furniture and not knowing what to do with it all. We had to sell the house and we discovered Lott’s Treasures. We explained the importance of getting us in soon and explained our timeline and sense of urgency. It was a lot to go through and a very stressful time in my life. Needless to say, Steve and Don stepped up to the challenge and succeeded with flying colors. They got our sales scheduled quickly, they sold about 99.9% of our furniture and were very respectful of my house and just totally professional in general. These guys are the real deal! Thanks so much for everything!

They say you can’t put a price on quality customer service – and that it EXACTLY what you get when you work with these guys. Both Steve and Don were class acts from start to finish with our agreement. They upheld every promise, were courteous and fair in every regard. Would HIGHLY recommend them to our friends and family. Loss is never easy – and having to liquidate the estate of a loved one who’s memories you cherish make this process even more challenging. It’s imperative that you go with a team that understand and are sensitive to those memories. This company is top notch. As a side note, I was SHOCKED to see that they were given a one star review by someone. I poked around at the profile of the reviewer and was not surprised to see this account was OVERWHELMINGLY negative in all his reviews (a majority one star). Reading the comments, it seems like he uses this platform as a way to air grievances of a personal nature and not what Google reviews were intended for. This poster seems to be nothing more than a keyboard bully and I am disappointed that the unfounded review is allowed to be posted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lott’s Treasures!
