They are fair people to deal with.They care about what they do and have the knowledge to research the value of things.

Steve and Don are fantastic. Did exactly what we needed and what they said they would. Listen to them ask as many questions. They have been through it all. Open line of communication. Took care of our mother’s home in fine fashion.

Liquidating the estate of a loved one who has passed away can be an emotionally fraught process. I was grateful to work with Steve, who was sensitive to our needs and flexible to our particular circumstances. Our case also involved the sale of a Tesla, and Don did an exceptional job researching, marketing, and ultimately brokering a successful sale!

I’ve been to several of Steve’s Estate Sales and I cannot commend him enough for always being thorough in his descriptions and communication, keeping his pricing within a perfectly reasonable range, being very knowledgable in the merchandise (or having someone on-hand who *is*), and especially for being an all-around sweet guy. Many other Estate Sale merchants are fickle, clueless shrews, but Steve Lott is The Real Deal. Lott’s Treasures is my favorite in all Estate Sale dealings (and I go to a LOTT of them!).
